  • You can add things like Chia seeds, cacao nibs, walnuts, etc. Great work!

  • This looks good but I would probably add some chocolate chips to it!

  • is there a replacement for the egg i donnot eat meat i have all my milk and dairy product but i dont any flesh meat or pultry producs

  • @MrAsingh1989 you can use yogurt instead of egg, and there are a bit more expensive egg product that is not really egg but without all the bad cholesterol and low fat.

  • love this and will make it tomorrow

    Linda

  • I just made this, the whole kitchen and house for that matter smells like cinnamon and bananas, you were right. the only thing is that I halved the recipe and my pan is not that shallow so it doesn't look quite like bread but tastes like banana bread. I mixed in some walnuts and bananas but the calories are most likely around the same. Oh and I used low carb flour so mine is probably lower carb than yours.

  • amazing recipe man loved it :D

  • stop shouting. please.

  • This was yummy. My bread pan broke so I used a pie pan and it rose up pretty high and had to cook for almost an hour but it came out great. Big slices for 176 calories. Happy with this recipe. Thanks!

  • Hi there from germany...I don't know banana bread...do you eat it as a dessert ?

  • @kokosschoko it can be a dessert its like a cake, a brownie of some kind. Try it its great :)

  • Never been a fan of banana bread but this looks good enough to try. Out of protein powder but once I get more this is on.

  • Hey i just made this recipe. It looks great, only wish i took it out slightly earlier so it would be more moist. Would you suggest spreading some peanut butter on for a tasty treat? Also my bread rose really high at one side and the other side hardly rose at all. How could i fix this?

  • @kingcheefty12 first thought would be that you didn't blend the baking powder into the batter enough and that it sort of all fell to one side of the pan, therefore causing only a portion of the bread to rise. My two cents.

  • Mike does it have to be the pastry flour? Can I just use regular wheat flour?

  • My father is a pro cook and at first he was quite laughing at your recipe but in the end he got quite impressed with the result haha good job

  • you can brake a freaking window w that slice ...

  • i know whats your favorite food, cocoa and banana.

  • great video, looks great, keep it up

    your boy, Will

  • Is Olive oil Pam fine to use?

  • How much change would it be to this recipe or others of yours to not put the powder in? Some of the other ingredients in the powders I'm not supposed to ingest at the moment...but LOVE your recipes.

  • hey man what can i use instead of stevia which i can buy in the uk

  • @themathew21 Splenda

  • What do you eat for dinner? Can you make some videos with suggestions for good dinner food? I hate eating vegetables but should. Any suggestions to include it in dinner without eating it separate?

  • Can you make an apple pie or blueberry pie recipe ??

  • LIKED!!! & Favorited!!! That looks incredible. Love your stuff my man.

  • YES!! You used the yolks too!!

  • Hey michael, i dont have stevia since its banned in the EU (its being researched and approved about recommended intake etc...), could we use xylithol? all natural too , no affect to blood sugar and has the exact same taste to sugar. thanks

  • Wow love your recipes. I had lapband surgery and need high protien meals. Do you have any ideas for dinner meals using fish, chicken or shrimp? Zahra

  • I know what ill be making this weekend !!!! thanks for the vid

  • Hey Michael, could you do more savoury foods? because the last 8 or so vids have been about desserts or sweet stuff =)

  • Can you bring back the old recipes with more variety, color and freshness instead of all these chocolate muffins, waffles, cakes and other deserts. They are good every now and then but you can't live off peanut butter, greek yogurt and baking cocoa your whole life...

  • Yo mike! Only 12-13 g of protein for two scoops of whey protein?! Is that a typo bro?! Shouldnt it be higher?! Juss wondering

  • where do you buy your stevia i live in southern California and have no idea where to buy it or anything like stevia please help

great vids by the way they really help keep to a diet and they actually taste good opposed to most diet food

  • Could we skip the egg yolks and just do egg whites only??

  • Hello michael would you mind telling me the ingredients in the flour your using there? btw I really like your videos and keep up the good work

  • Just made this and am waiting it to cool so I can eat!!!

  • Hey, I was just wondering if this Bread will be like, dry... i guess. because i tried making the cinnamon rolls and they came out REALLY dry and kinda nasty... (smelled delicious and looked good) but I tried making them like 2 or 3 times and they kept coming out dry. So, i was just wondering if the bannana bread would do the same or not. BTW you do a great job on these videos!

  • Oh man, this looks awesome! Love banana bread.

  • Wow that bread looked beautiful, I want to see the old intro lol, it was so epic, it was like the abs were going to Xplode from epicness and devour the world.

  • Looks wonderful

  • stevia has maltodextrin lol

  • @davidealessio You can find the pure extract at health food stores/vitamin shoppe.

  • @saitousan15 the leaf .. right?

  • @saitousan15 yeah it's from a plant. the only ingredient in the extract is the stevia.

  • That looks absolutely delicious!

  • I looooove your recipes! They're so yummi! Thanks!

  • Good idea starting the blog, would be great if you could maybe focus on some alternate ingredients that are not available in Europe (I'm from UK) like stevia etc. Love the recipes anyway keep em coming.

  • This recipe is sick !

  • Hey Michael this may seem nosey but...just curious what you are studying? Are going into Sports Nutrition?

  • Hey man, just watched a few of your videos, and was definitely impressed, so I subscribed. I have a question though, in the newer recipes it has all the nutritional/macro info in the video description, but some of the older ones do not. Is there somewhere I can find that information for some of your older recipes?

  • @SigmaNuStatus3 - I just started doing it in the past few months, so my older videos don't have them unfortunately. There are a few good websites out there that let you calculate nutritional info. MyFitnessPal(dot)com is a good site.

  • @leanbodylifestyle

    Thanks.

Also thanks for the cottage cheese chocolate milkshake recipe.

Cottage Cheese has disgusted me so much but it tastes so great with the chocolate shake recipe and sweetner.

I think it's the sour clumpy taste (and smell) that throws me off when I eat that shit straight up.

  • Amazing recipe, deserves a thumbs up.

  • Great recip, thanks:) What would you eat it with?

  • btw you forgot to write 1 tea spoon of baking powder in the description :)

  • no unsweetened baking cocoa ?? :(

  • @sp5286 It`s supposed to be a bread not a fucking sponge cake

  • @v3nin yes i know..........it;s just that he uses unsweetened baking cocoa in most of his recipes.....so i was just taking a piss about it.........i do know that its bread not a fucking sponge cake.......
