you don"t have to convert them at all just cut out the scenes you want and save them with a Mpeg extention

try to use different media player like vlc

you can upload your video using wmm{windows movie maker} but i wont recommend it .go for camtasia something like that caus its made only for uploading purpose there r many videos to teach in youtube on how to get a good quality with small video size try them you can convert it to flv which uses less size (contrary the quality is low but yet ood) this is the best answer i can provide do msg me for any probs. if u want me to make any videos i will try if i get a chance

when i download vids off of youtube with this program and convert it to WMV 320 x 240 it works fine if the vid isnt in widescreen. is there anyway to make it add wide screen letter boxes?
