my sciene teacher was an old wrestling coach, he taped me basically the same way, but with more tape, a third rowfrom my shoulder across my chest, and it felt decent after that, scince this one is for dislocations

this guy is just wasting tape. the strapping isnt even taut to apply traction. there's no need to repeat the anchor 3 times
