Hes just playing those notes with 5ths attached. I'm sure if you tried bs'ing random chords, you'd eventually find a harmony that works with the melody.

My sources tell me that Tear's Fonic Hymns, Ancient Ispanian, and the Angelic Language from Symphonia are all based on Latin, Greek, Japanese and Norse languages, and the fonic language based off of runic writing... though, that's just what I've been told. Either way, they're completely and entirely made up. The pronunciations, however, as well as some of the spelling, have obvious influences and similarities.

I know, towns, dungeons, etc. are words taken from those types of languages and either changed or merged with another type of language to add a different ending an pronunciation to the word. I'm thinking that the idea of Tears Hymn originated from Latin.
