  • Ahhh!!! I was screaming by the 5th or 6th rd. of the squats... lol. Thank god my neighbors weren't home! Cussing at a youtube scream is pretty embarrassing...hahaha.

  • If you have a Timex Ironman or similar sports watch, it may have an interval timer. Mine did. Thanks for the video.

  • The GymBoss is great for any tabata and interval style workouts. It lets me concentrate on the workout rather than trying to figure out how much time elapsed or what round I'm on because when you're deep into your workout and exhausted you lose track of that info.  Thanks for recommending this awesome gadget.

  • I wouldn't hold the bottom position..Give your quads and mind slight recovery IMHO.. Then you can be more intense in the squat itself.

  • Thanks Craig! Have done tabata style intervals before but never considered holding the position during the rest period!

  • I have completed this interval without the holding positions and it was extemely tough. I know that I will be dying when holding the plank positition. If a persons core strength doesn't increase after this interval their is no hope for them!
