@doom6928 well actually being that the moon has no breathable air there is still oxygen on the surface of the moon enough to burn powder but if you realized this blackpowder is in the bullet itself not the gun its just a matter of the gun hitting the hammer and the powder burning in the bullet causing the bullet to fire its like saying spaceships use rockets to move and how can the rockets make flame without oxygen ??

There is oxidizer present within gunpowder sufficient to fire the gun. Guns can fire underwater too, but when the gun barrel is filled with water there may be enough resistance within the barrel to cause it to burst.
