Where is foresight/strategic planning? MD Kidero is just blabbering about Comesa etc ....... thats not the problem....Kenyans need sugar at affordable prices......we are just dithering from water to sugar to oil to ideas shortages....WE NEED CHANGE...REAL CHANGE!!!!
