iShowU is much better if you want to record games and stuff, but for just recording like desktop stuff that doesnt have any heavy graphics then yeah screenflow is better because of all the effects you can do and it has its own editor.

if it does what u say it does then that is one of the best programs ever.

Its a converter, it converts documents, images and documents to audio extremely fast..almost instantly, single or a bunch. I added 18 documents and it converted them in a snap to HTML :-)
