Make sure that whomever has the camera, that the angle of the light is good. You have a lot of backlighting going on in this clip. But, the content is excellent! =)

Find some good editor like sony vegas or smthing (another option is adobe premier, but its much harder). When editing just pay attention to filters and rendering quality.

depends on what kind of camera it is and if you have manual controls of the video settings.

I'd try adjusting your camera's ISO and depending on the weather conditions your shooting in (sunny weather i usually try to make it lower, and cloudy or shady weather a bit higher)

for additional improvements, mike i would say use a video editing software to change or modify the lighting( Sony Vegas or another equally as good software). About the quality though it looks good maybe the time of day and where the sun was, etc could have effects on the video, but Hd cameras usually give us the option to watch it at 720p or 1080p whichever the preference.

The video is really dark bro, that happens when you record facing the sun like you did, and, also remember that to make it look a lil bit better you should put some color correction on it. and, idk what else I can say abt that :P nice combo though
