in one video i saw how the screen rotated but i can't rotate mine. why is that happening?

i got this camera 4 biking and i hit record...then pause so i can record a new area, but then it makes 2 seperate films. how can i set it up to make just 1 video of several things?

Dont try the Pinnacle software, you dont get the security code or registration key nubers with the download, but they do take your money!  AVS was useless also. I wish I hadn't bought mine.

@Vito165 I got the camcorder on EBay for $100. It is very over rated by its producer. The pictures are good, but small. The video is pretty good for the ones I've had; had about eight camcorders. BUT video must be converted with the SD Motion software or doesn't play in correct resolution. Thankfully, depite not being made for Vista, the software works. Finally word...over-rated and over-priced. Scott out

I have this camera but i have thrown away the cd-rom! and i cant figure out what to do when i plug it in it is in a wierd format! the file extensions are like '.mod' '.moi' and '.pgi' !! help anyone?!

copy the .mod file to your computer and just change it to .mpg it should work fine thats what i did

changing the extension won't help for sure - you have to convert it and it's pretty messy

hey guys i'm thinking of getting either this or the panasonic sdr-s7, which one should i get? i'm really liking the toughness of this cam but you can't rotate the screen 180 degrees and i'm gonna be making travel blogs all around asia this december if that helps too, i mean any opinion counts so please let me know :]

I am quite convinced that this camera kicks ass. I got one a week ago, and its just ultra light-weight, small and effective. If the world would be more interesting, I would film day and night.

Hey Willa1980, are you able to rotate the lcd 180 degrees so if you were recording yourself you could see yourself in the lcd screen?

No, you cannot rotate it that far. You can rotate it in total 180 degrees, so that you can watch the lcd from the top or from the bottom.

You have to press record first, then you can close the screen and continue to record. But starting to record with a closed screen is not possible. In the meanwhile I attached the cam to some model planes - quite some nice pictures from up there!

hey i was just wondering. what is the best camera to get if you just want to upload good quality videos, like if you have seen kevjumba's videos that quality, onto the internet and one that can be edited easily on the pc thanks.
