  • No one demonstrated better than you that great workouts do not require expensive equipment, fancy gyms, trainers, or even big blocks of time. A little space and a lot of heart and determination are the real requirements. Keep going!

  • What happened to the gymboss timer? It is weird seeing zuzana not using it

  • you do such pain in the ass exercises Z. i HATE burbee's, i hate moutain climbers. i also love seeing how you sweat through the work out too, breathing hard and all. nothing is worse than following a workout that is killing you and the instructor is breezing through it like they could be brushing their teeth. you're working right along with us which helps so much.

    Also liked very much how you modified things in Part 1 & 2 so that you could get through it rather than just cutting things short. Great problem solving in the heat of battle and keeping your goal rather then beating yourself up. Truly inspiring on many levels.

  • Girl i love your workouts. But tell that camera guy to stop focusing so much on your boobs and butt. I'm all for the male audience getting their peaks at your but i'd really love to see the positioning so i can prevent injury. Another idea is that you go over the correct form before or after the workout and where we should feel the burn. Common mistakes that people make would good too. Keep on exercising!

Wihtout you I don't feel the same motivation and the same warmth in the videos.   • I have did this one and that way I like your workout they are simple but kick your but I did P90X aftere you stop but not bocouse I din't like Lisa or the other host I like the way you inspire people sincerely it is diferent and you start again whit not equipment which we like.You look good and can wait for a another workout.Will you do yours webside in the future (yesterday be to late)it will be much better and definitely chance for more ditails.Thank you and have great day.

  • @lizzycify Try doing them off a chair. Sit down, hold one leg up and stand up using the other leg. If that's too difficult try holding onto something to support you as you lift yourself off the chair :)

    Welcome back! I have to be honest I can no longer complain that I cant work out because I haven't worked out in a while. The whole you will have to kill me before I give up, really hit home today. I've been feeling really cruddy and this really gave me the kick in the pants I needed.

  • So glad to see you in workout videos again Zu...I still do BodyRock but now I can add your workouts, as well, to really kick my ass! When you left I cried just a little 'cause I was sad about the change and you not being on my computer screen. Now I'm sooo happy to see you again. I did 6 separate workouts today so I'm going to do this this one tomorrow...this workout has exercises that I have on my New Year's Resolutions to accomplish with complete, full-range proper form.

I actually felt like i was getting weaker not stronger and i never felt that way before with zuzanas workouts!!   • Did this yesterday in 20:10. I can say, today, my obliques and upper back are sore--and I'm a regular BodyRocker and fitness enthusiast! It goes to show if you give each workout your whole effort, you'll get so much out of it...and you don't have to spend hours at the gym performing countless, rote reps of dull exercises. You either have Zuzka (the face of BodyRock) or Lisa Marie. Both are great but let's face it, nobody is better than Zuzka!

  • Happy you are back! Been following you since the begining. I do the workouts on and off but now I am determined to do them regularly.

  • I did the workout this morning as I said I would in exactly 21mins. The three rounds took about 6 and a 1/2 minutes each. I found watching Zuzka more motivating as I got myself ahead of her slightly and took no rests but my pistol squats were like 90 degrees so nowhere near as low as you Zuzka! Well done everyone, whether you did 1 round, 2 or 3 you can be proud you attempted and gave it your best. Always push on, never give up! :)

  • Hi Zuzana, I am starting off my fitness pleight with you, starting from beginning, haven't really worked out since OCtober when you left. My time was 28mins but I completed it all.   • @stellatsoupi - since she just started to do this on her own, away from bodyrock, it is probably a question of cost and scheduling among other things, to make a whole series of new workout videos right away.....remember before her husband did the filming = totally different now with a production company, -- who can pay these guys to be around and film her all week long// more than once a week....? ( - for starters at least, sure they feel out too, how it is received here etc.) -

  • After Bodyrocking for about a year now, I haven't been as happy with the new Bodyrock hosts and workouts. So today I searched Zuzka to see if she's making any more workout videos - and to my surprise she's back on track with these great new workouts!

  • Bodyrock is in trouble.  Sean's workouts are awful. It's like 'look at me do stuff' and they are trying to hard. I don't mind equipment but they are making up weird exercises. Glad to see you back.

  • I am looking forward to more exercises without ugiball, sandbag and other equipments. Bodyrock is becoming like that. It gets tiring and frustrating after a while. Zu looks just as interesting as she is without all the porn whiz look like the above mentioned.

  • Great workout zuzana! took me about 30m, my timer quit on me.

    2nd and 3rd rounds i had to do beginner dive bomber and no pushup on my burpees but i finished! whew! time for stretching and recovery shake :)

I began your beginners stuff 1 week ago and Im addicted! You Tube brought me to Body Rock Tv and after I read your post about you and freddy divorcing and didn't see you there anymore I new that you must be starting something somewhere else. You don't have dedication like that without perserverence. After some searching.....here you are!

  • Wow, this one was hard! I'm sweating like crazy. :D I did it in 20:08, plus little breaks between the rounds (so + 2 min. max). I did all exercises in regular form (and the dive bombers killed me), except for the Pistol Squat: I did half for them, since they hurt my knees. Thanks Zuzka, so glad you brought us those challenging workouts.

  • Loved your workout! Can't do pistol squats, so I do them with a bench to get up off of. Very powerful. I was SO hoping that ZWOD meant daily... had to go back and read your note that they will be weekly. Can you maybe post twice a week? Thank you for being back.
