my best christmas memory was when my parents were still alive and my husand, kids and i were stationed overseas for the holidays. And we didn't get to come home until July, but my mother decorated the house for christmas cooked a big meal and we have Christmas in July. We loved and appreciated the effort. And now that they are passed away the memory is even sweeter.

My favourite thing about Christmas is giving... every Christmas I spend my day at the Sick kids hospital playing, singing carols, and reading with the patients. It has been a tradition for me since the age of 12. And see the joy and happiness of the patient... just that it self is the best gift ever =)

Christmas is my favorite holiday!! We celebrate the Savior's birth on that day and I always love how my family always get together on Christmas and spend time together either at church or family's house. We really missed the present of my grandma who passed away in 2003,its not the same without her and we always miss her :'( Another thing is,I used to live in a tropical country before and since I moved to east coast of US,It feels like a dream come true to see snow in Christmas time..

One of My favorite parts of christmas time is decorating the tree. My family always turned on the statler brothers christmas album when we decorated the tree and now that I have my own family I still carry on the tradition. My favorite memory would be December 21st,2003 I had been with my fiance for a month and for a christmas gift he gave me a puppy(part shit tzu part poodle) and I immediately started to cry...It was the most best day ever...she is all black and he put a little bow around her. For as long as I can remember I have always gotten into the spirit of Christmas when the radio stations started playing Christmas music and when TV stations started playing Christmas shoes and movies. My favorite movie is A Christmas Story and my brothers and I would watch it ever day until Christmas! We were like one big family, my grandfather was involved in cooking with mom but he sat out with us and looked at Donald Duck (we do it in Sweden every Christmas Eve).
