Why do they stand in the Oil while making it?

I like this design. Who can I talk too to license the drawing and build this for Congo. The problem is the cost of exporting between African countries is too high. Licensing the design wil be cheaper. Can someone provide me with a contact person for this machine?

This is jess the begining oooh peepo. Eventhough, we have a very long way to go, we've already started and by the grace of God, we'll get there. With the massive Iron Ore reserves, A Soil that grows Oil Palm, Rubber, Timber, etc, we have all the natural resources to develop our selves and nation but lack the technical know how. We need partners, partners, partners, partners! and that's where US companies suppose to come in. I think we'll do better if the US can come in and partner with us. LIB
