I use a 1/4 - 1/3 teaspoon of miracle whip and onions and a pinch of salt and sugar to ones own taste and mash to creamy texture and servee with your fav crackers...Yummy
good.. you are right with the molcajete!,.. but where is the chili and cilantro?? really the guacamole is a sauce of avocado... and a mexican sauce without chili, not is sauce... buuu!!!
Still looks good my mom makes it the same way but she adds the jalapeños but milk in a real Mexican guacamole no need that's perfect how he made it...I want this for breakfast now with some homemade tortillas..
@fornicadorpeligroso Whaa?? Vinegar and milk?? lolol I agree his recipe is not completely authentic but it is much closer than if you aded milk and vinegar.
The authentic ingredients are, avocado, onion, tomato, lime, cilantro, jalapeno.
Where does a recipe tat ads vinegar and milk come from? Oaxaca? I don't think so.
Take the lemon seeds out before squeezing the lemon. ?
