Why do most english dubs suck...it's like they're purposely trying to make a really intense scene ridiculous. They choose people with voices that are either ridiculously loud, high pitched, deep, squeaky or just overall annoying.

@sugarysweetsade actually, they choose people who would sound like those in japanese. The difference is that the majority of anime lovers don't even notice if a character has indeed an annoying voice, because it's in japanese. On another note, they could not get to choose anyone closer to Dante, than the guy who plays Dante himself in the games.

All in all, some do, some don't suck. It's the same case when japanese dubbed Batman TAS or even God of War:)

and i just finished watching this! ^_^

i'm relieved to have finished watching them...though i still want for they're new updates or seasons

they're really good anime's worth watching while waiting naruto and bleach..hehe

The final battle was like a little bit one sided; they made Dante kill the demon faster than it took him to kill some other demons..

Sparda was the strongest demon in existence, and stated several times on Wikipedia and official sites, Dante's even stronger, being a half-human hybrid. The red-eye effect wasn't the devil trigger, that rocks far more than that. He doesn't need that to wipe out half-wit pricks like Sid :D

Anyway, noone said Dante destroyed his powers ... judging from the face-effects on Sid and Dante, he simply exorcised Abigail's power from him.

But, he still kicks ass xD

Devil May Cry 1:The best proof that Vergil ain't gonna appear: was put to rest and he left the same amulet that was with him in DMC 3.

DMC2 and 4:He didn't appear...much.

What a waste of talent & time ... Capcom can't decide on which Devil Trigger form Dante should truly inhabit, thus we get weird silhouettes and odd camera angles. DMC held the title of "Best Hack / Slash", yet too may hands in the cookie jar screwed thing up. Unfortunately, the God of War series took the title of Best Hack / Slash and should be the next Game series to be treated to an anime feature. Sorry D!  Love ya and all, but Nero and Kratos stole your show, and possibly your future.

I disagree there, God of War II took out DMC3 as a better game, I know, but with the release of DMC4, which was way more successful, CAPCOM still has the chance for achieving "The Best Hack/Slash."

IGN proved it months ago.

Oh yeah, DMC5 won't be featuring Nero, you know.

I hope DMC5 gets released sooner than GOW3, they both have awesome stories, especially their conclusions.

Dante still has a chance of beating Kratos, but the so of Zeus packs a great story so much!

dmc 3 was way better then gow 2 it was so much harder it took me 2 weeks to beat dmc 3 on kill dante mode i beat gow on titan mode in a day not only that but dmc 3 also had better extra content like being able to play as virgil and my favorite bloody palace but thats my opinion except for the difficulty thats a fact and game length too u cant forget about thattoo many games these days r short as hell it irritates me

I think the reason why they make good anime's short is because they're story came from somewhere else. Like DMC for example... DMC anime is based on the game... so if you want the continuation of the story then they technically force you to buy their game.. hehe.. more like a marketing strategy to me...
