And yes there are other Spartans of class 2 and class 3 inside the core of the planet Onyx. Where Spartan 2 Kurt, nuked himself and a Covy army to be a badass. /endhalonerdrant.

Rather than reply to the already big list... I dont think the Gravemind really has a home planet, considering it is no more than a hive concious-collective of the Flood. Since the Forerunners activated the rings and destroyed all the flood organisms (save those on the Halo Rings), only one gravemind was created, on Delta, after the ones there managed to break free.
