If you get 101% you'll see a cut-scene of all 5 Kongs riding on K. Lumsy as he does the back stroke around DK Isles. This music plays during that cut-scene.

Probably because Banjo-Kazooie's sole composer was Grant Kirkhope, who, along with Eveline Fischer, also wrote all the music in Donkey Kong 64.

This plays in a cutscene that only happens when you get 200 golden bananas and beat K. Rool. The entire Kong family is riding on the giant Kremling, K. Lumsy.
