  • MVP leaving WWE to go to NJPW was great for him , real athletes and very respectful... now this is Wrestling : )

  • this is pretty damn swell.

  • this is crazy.... kakoii...

  • Hammerlock facebuster into an Americana lock and an arm lock neck crank! These better be on wwe '12 or else Im not buying it.

Congratulations wwe. By letting MVP go, you've just made him a lot more dangerous.

  • where were these moves in wwe ,he would've owned especially that submission

  • @masonbrw: He was stuck doing silly things like the Ballin' Elbow because of his all-star athlete gimmick, which is retarded considering his gimmick is the same in New Japan and yet he's shown a number of new submission finishers.

  • g1climax is crossface the Chris benoit ey MVP

  • New Japan is definitely real PRO-WRESTLING. Not that CRAP in America called WWE.

  • fuck wwe and tnfail.

it's all about ROH and NEW JAPAN.

    and DRAGON GATE.

  • MVP is still Ballin!!!

  • New Japan is real Pro-Wrestling. There is no comparison to what happens in Japan and what happens with the soap opera of the WWE and TNA.

Open workouts is what happens in real sports!!

  • @THEDAZZYDEF asian people hey? you can tell from like miles away that you are american...

  • Looks like MVP found a home.

  • The Oyasumi move seems like a tribute to CM Punk's . First the name, oyasumi means goodnight. Sounds like the same as the GTS(Go to sleep) and the submission look like the anaconda vice

  • @Nazrulhaique No, not at all~

  • @Nazrulhaique except that is a KENTA move(innovated) and CM PuNK just copied it...

  • Am so glad MVP went over to japan.. he should be with the best wrestlers in the world. and japan has them all! WWE SUCKS

  • @macdenise33 fuck wwe its all about ROH

  • @thrashermario thats right fuck wwe & tna japan is the best in the world!

  • MVP is getting better and better overseas, every wrestler should have to train in Japan they just make better wrestlers there.

  • @MadAshSamuels I try to improve ALL aspects of my life every day! If you remember my feuds with Benoit I had ability. But when you're TOLD to work a certain way, well listen to your boss OR seek employment elsewhere. ;-)

  • @MVP305BRAND Those matches against Benoit made you in the States, and they were just as good if not better than Benoit's series with Booker T. You & Punk had great chemistry as well.

  • wow, i can say there actually making mvp better then he was in the wwe

  • The first move sucked, but I like MVP's style, hes good

  • i wish the WWE knew how to use their people, but sinces its entertainment and not PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING, looks like NJPW gets to pick up the ball and run with it. good work on the training MVP.

  • great video MVP would be an amazing trainer

  • He did the Irreversable in FIP. I always liked how he did his crossface hold. Adding a bit of a scissored inverted armlock.

  • LOL, I love how MVP has to physically illustrate when he says oyasumi! (you're in japan, LOL)

  • @kakuichi He talks like that and does the hand movements so they will translate what he says correctly. lol Im guessing Oyasumi means go to sleep??

  • @Aryance08 Oyasumi means "goodnight" in Japanese.

  • @Aryance08 exactly my point, he's in japan. He doesn't need the hand gestures if he's in japan.

  • @kakuichi The hand gestures help the translators understand him better. He wants to make sure they understand him.

  • @kakuichi its for the American Audiance who dont understand

  • Ghetto Strong Style FTW!

  • u can tell mvp has developed a whole new sense of respect just by being there. i think benoit had a lot to do with that before when mvp was still in wwe working with him

  • It's SO amazing to see MVP, embrace Puroresu the way he has. BTW, AWESOME submission finisher!

  • LaBelle Lock and a hammer lock Pedigree into a keylock. Not bad at all MVP! Not bad at all sir!

  • @Dman4Life8017 That isnt a LeBell lock.

  • I can't wait to see the G1 Climax, each and everyone has been special

  • WWE Fu@ked Up again by letting another great wrestler go

  • @TheEv02 once again, he asked for his release much like chavo & kaval because creative was f'n them over!

  • @kakuichi Im glad you know that they asked for their release!! I get sick of people saying they were fired and its not true. I think WWE f'd up when they let MVP go.. smh

  • funny thing is that MVP has more experience than all the rookies he's training with combined...which is good actually...prepare for the G1 and learning New japan's system more

  • for the first time in my life i just popped for mvp

  • So this is where MVP went to, also Awesome finishers!

  • that submission is sweet!

  • MVP's new finisher...."Oh Yeah SUE ME!"

  • @HipnosisV1SvR It's Japanese that basically means Good Night.

  • lol I have the same wrestling shoes as MVP

  • MVP new Hair is BALLIN'

  • IM SO SO GLAD HE LEFT WWE. GLAD he chose new japan insted of tna. theres another wresler that was wwe Giant Bernard after he left he became batter

  • he is one of my favorite of all time..great on mic, great in ring

  • did mvp got bigger since his move to njpw?

  • @fobmachine21 he starting getting big,but not huge star yet. he will since he won the very first IWGP Intercontinental Champion. I'm happy him!

  • @iHIM911 i'm talking about his physique but that's good that he is getting over...

  • @fobmachine21 well, in that case? Yes,he is!

  • Really interesting exercise. Im always interested in japanese workouts. MVP is doing great.
