You need the letters depending on the regi. To Regice you need the letters I, C, and E to Registeel you need S, T, E, E, and L to Regirock you need R, O, C, and K.

u will do some missions and then when u see mr mime outside of the keckleon shop talk to him and he will let u travel to blizzard island and when u have defeated bliazzard island u can go to crevice cave which is where scizor are trapped... rescue him, get the secret mark on ur rank and then after some time u can talk to sunflora so u can go to surounded sea(i think)then after that u get manaphy egg then u go to miracle sea and get phione dew and thats where i am know, i cant meet team charm
