ali i have a team associated monster gt and i want a remote start system because as you know they flip. easily. when it does it load up. if its just running rich one day it shuts off. and when it does shut off im far away from the truck up in a tree:) and when it running just right on a good day it still takes like 6 pulls to start it what could i buy?

I bought a 2nd hand engine frm a friend. I noticed, previous owner always had to crank the pull start at least 5 times or more to get it started. Its a HPI K4..bla bla dont knw, but very very powerfull. Now i only pull once to get it started althou 3 months never been used. REASON: use spirit to wash engine, n then WD40 to lubircate plug n engine. trust me, itll work like a wonder. cheers.

What that guy right does is a bit exaggerated. I have the acme attacker with remote starter and after about 6 second start is the fully charged battery empty again. I am now also put a pull start on because I can almost not riding and I find that sin of me money. So I recommend the remote starter, but if you take a different view then you know it yourself.

@jdahlenburg you are either flooding the engine, not priming it well, its not tuned properly, nitro is bad, or glow plug is bad :D check and fix

i like pull starts, all you need is to make sure fuel is in the engine and put in the glow ignighter for 3 secs before pulling ( must pull fast and the cylinder must rotate at least 6 times per pull.

i like the video lol its funny. i have a traxxas 2.5r with 3.3 engine and i have trouble..it have an ez start on. when i stick the ez start in..the engine want to turn on but died. The ez start 2 lights have to be on. my ez start lights up both then in 2 seconds..the only light is on is the glow plug. i just got a new glow plug from my local hobby shop. i don't know what to do? perphaps you have some time to write me back on how to start it up?

No technology comes with out weight. This push start technology will weigh your buggy down more than it needs to be. If you can't start a pull start, get a roto, if you cant do roto, get a starter box and if you cant use starter box then nitro is not for you.

Of course this system will be available for other engines too. at the moment this remote start system fits nice on SH21 and Sh18 engines ;)

and its better than Traxxas ez start as in traxxas ez start you have to connect something and physically goto your RC Car. With ACME, you just sit nice and easy in your seat and have fun ;) starting
