@Nezsem In this case, if you got to the screen to type in your MEP code, and you were able to get a response saying it did not work, then the reason is because you have a bad MEP code. Maybe the cell-phone representative did not speak good english and you heard them wrong, or maybe you wrote it down wrong. It is also possible that the representative was incompetent and gave you the incorrect number.

2) Type the following: #pw+CODE+1#. NOTE: IF YOU HAVE FIDO OR ROGERS IN CANADA, then skip to 3)

3) For FIDO or ROGERS in Canada, type this instead: #pw+CODE+7#.

NOTES:

You get a "p" if you press asterisk (*) three times fast.

You get a "w" if you press asterisk (*) four times fast.

You get a "+" if you press asterisk (*) two times fast.

CODE is where you replace with MEP CODE.
