Well, some of my budgies would normally not take a bath, and some like it. But those prefer to take their bath in wet basil, grass or alike, they prefer that to their bath houses. Sometimes they get so much into it that they will also use their bath house, but more often they just ignore it :).
This looks like a really good basil Budgie bath. Mine prefer the green of carrots. I lay it in a bowl with water and then it goes off. I really like your videos. They show why budgies never should be alone. I hope many people watch your videos.
Mine are afraid of water, dunno why ??? They fear it and would never take a bath if I don't lure them with grasp of millet into it !! ^_^'
Dunno what to do to learn them water is not evil...

it's not that, when a budgie is cold it will fluff it's feathers out and look twice the size. it will also do it to look bigger.

yeah, and when they're bathing I think they fluff up so that their feathers get nice n' soggy. Otherwise the water would just roll off their backs.
