The federal government needs to cut all unconstitutional programs (NEA, EPA, DOE, medicare, prescription drugs, CRA, social security, patriot act, etc) immediately; then we can lower taxes, stimulating the economy and thus creating jobs. Job creation comes from private sector commerce, not from the federal government. The federal government has become an enemy of the constitution. Defend the constitution!

Looming tax rate hikes at the end of 2011 and 2012 are keeping a lot of companies from hiring mostly because of the uncertainty. Congress and the President should agree to make tax rates permanent instead of always putting in a deadline that will have automatic tax hikes or uncertainty.
