I understand the point you're trying to make.
Let me simplify my point to you.
In school, you can score 0% - 100%, nobody ever scores 101% or 200% without being too creative. The same as East,West,North and South(symbol)
Now , you can go into expansion zones and then come up with S-S,N-C etc
And that's what we have now, I'm not saying you're wrong, just wanted to elaborate more on the facts.
