@wwaacckk i'd suggest getting another opinion on coconut oil. It's a naturally occurring saturated fat, not hydrogenated. it has many health benefits including thyroid health, immune system support, metabolism increase, promoting lean body mass, and improving heart health. a big reason coconut oil is great is the naturally occurring lauric acid. check farmer history for reference. they tried to use it to fatten cows and they found out it had the opposite effect. made them lean, active and hungry
Thanks made this last night and was just checking to see if I did it right. I guess I did! Anyone think there is a benefit to cutting fresh garlic cloves every time as opposed to using already minced from a jar? I used to buy and throw away a lot of garlic until I started using the stuff from a jar, but I'm not sure if the flavor is as strong...
Why do you heat extra virgin olive oil, you NEVER EVER HEAT OLIVE OIL, (the amount of proffesional chefs which do this is ridiculous, seriously, are you a moron) its one of the most dangerous things for your health, google it. You should always cook with Coconut oil. Its the most healthly form of saturated fat. I know most people wont listen.
@Solid88 people cook with it for the flavour, not their health. seriously, let others do as they wish, enjoy your coconut flavoured spinach. sounds revolting to me.
this recipe is pretty much similar to the garlic broccoli dish you make sans the butter.
I must tell you the broccoli and garlic dish is my all time fav among your recipes!!
I somehow always have come across non-vegetarian dishes that taste great...but only the vegetarian dishes really need a lot of time and energy to make it tasty. But your Garlic broccoli really changed that idea of mine!!
Love eating healthy!! please post more recipes of quick, healthy and tasty dishes!

@Solid88 I dont think its harmful as long as it dosent burn and smoke. And you dont want saturated fat in your food anyway.
