@ihatelols bodyweight exercises, dips, pullups, muscle ups, handstand pushups you name it, i find i can train bodyweight exercises much more often than heavy kbs, its so easy to overtrain and injure yourself so i limit my kb training time to once a week heavy, twice a week moderate weight + regular weight training and bodyweight exercises. its working well so far. i wasted about a year trying to go heavier and heavier on KBs but its not the be all and end all sadly.
For a guy that weights 100 kg you have got some serious relative strenght. What is your workoutroutine, do you do other sports? If you came to my gym for submission wrestling, i would tell you to just slam people with power :D.
How to train for this ? :D
Really impressive !!!!!!!!
