  • nice job.

    look mine too !

  • Seen your vids mate! You have a nice 600-size Airwolf and you fly it with grace and agility. Excellant! :)

  • Hi terence, Your wolfs looking good. In my video mines running the Align 3550KV 13T pinion but i was in normal mode. Your right about the weight & you notice it instantly. As for wind, well i found it didn't like it & that's why in my video i was low between the garages. It does run better with a flat curve (on 3d set up LOL)

  • Thanks mate, I've seen your vid too. I find it hard to fly because I'm used to looking at the canopy's wind-shield and skids to determine the heli's orientation. It takes a while to get used to the black and white body. :)

  • Way to go, Terence! BTW, I hear the motor rpm changing, you might want to "flatten" your throttle curve so the motor runs at a constant speed. You'll probably find it easier to fly that way!

  • Congratulations Terence !! Very kewl man ...is that a trex 450 ?

    Dave (lonelasso on rcgroups)

  • Thanks Dave, it is a Phantom 450 by RC-TEK. Almost similar to Trex450(CDE version). The head is upgraded to a higher-end CNC one similar to the RC-Tek Sky Shark, for better appearance.

Hi Chris, I noticed that 12T pinion on 3500kv motor running 3S seem to on the weaker side for such a heavy model (AUW is 935g). I'm running an almost linear throttle curve and a pitch curve with a flatten mid spot for hovering.

Should I do the same for the throttle curve? :)
