Pause it at .20. It looks like a faint reflection of a huge eye. Just over the middle light post is the pupil then you can see the eye lines from the middle of the white cloud going at a downward angle to the left. Once you see that, the rest is easy to see.

You missed it, the second one you circled made about 200 yard jump instantly. Look at seconds 44 and 45. Just to the rigth of the pause button is a faint black dot below the white circle, then it jump to the right and up where you circle it.
