Bruce is not that power/melodic metal's singer, like Kiske, Andre Matos. Bruce is a real singer. He can sing very high notes and very low notes. He can variate styles like anyone else.

Mikaels will never be like him.

Just the constant vibrato gets annoying and it's not a sign of singing skill at all. He has great vocal range I don't think range makes or breaks your singing ability. I have Powerslave and that's all I'll ever need.

i think a lot of people forget that a cover isnt supposed to be note for note the exact same thing, if it is, all you're really doing is changing the vocalist... that being said this is an awesome cover, i just dont think the maiden version rocks out as hard as this one, kinda like jimi hendrix and all along the watchtower, its a COMPLETELY different vision than the original

People, you have to remember that this is Opeth's cover version of Iron Maiden's Remember Tomorrow and therefore it has to be in their own style.

Why bother covering a book with a copy of the exact same cover? The only reason is if the initial cover was mutilated in some way. But was the book (in this case the song) mutilated in some way? No of course not. What Opeth did was draw a new cover of the book based on their own interptration of the story.
