@Aszach001 The title is 別離 (Betsuri) which can be translated as "Parting" and is from the "Meiji Restoration Fighting Edition" (Game I OST), released in 1996. There's another version of this song called 廃虚 (Kioku) which can be translated "Ruins" and is from Intrigues of the 10 Heroes Edition (Game II OST). Coincidently, in both cases it is the track 21.
