I have to be admit to being a little pedantic when it comes to this but... Does anyone get bugged when you make a video with a copyrighten song as the soundtrack? Is there any possibility that David Byrne will get this video removed from youtube?

Oh copyright laws...

Though that possibility does exist, usually it's the infectious youtube videos that catch like wildfire that really get the most swift removals, for obvious reasons. This thing has been online for over a year and I haven't recieved notice or anything- granted, I did credit David Byrne, not that it ultimately matters...I suppose it just sort of slipped under the radar like many other videos do.

That and I wonder what David Byrne's stance on copyright law even is?

I like it. I think that sped up film can be really effective, and it suits the song. It's great the way it contrasts this fast, day-to-day life in the daytime with the poor, frustrated guy at night trying to sort out on his "heart."
