If there is any distortion, it's not from a flaw in the H4. The unit records fine. There are many other pieces in the chain that could cause it.

I like this ... Can't make up my mind what the guitar is. Looks like a Gibson, (Not that it really matters.) You play like a dream my friend. I need the dots for this one, so one day I might learn it! Is the backing from Aerbersold backing btw?

Thank you so much!  It's a 1957 Gibson ES-175DN. The backing is Band In A Box (software). It's a great practice tool.

Very cool indeed! It's simple to use, good quality, and inexpensive. There are fancier ways to record, but it makes things so easy to just capture a moment, and that has value of its own.
