As far as anime goes inuyasha isn't exactly short a lot only go 26 episodes or so ( and those tend to be amazing watch clannad you'll see...) I'd actually say it was a long winded show though that's not a bad thing it did have it's share of filler... 7 random dudes with shards, little ninja girls, and my favorite finding booze for a priest! You look me in the eyes and say that's not filler ( though hillarious )
