But, UFC 144 will be in Japan in the same center, (sama something) and will have Rampage and many Japanese fighters. Not much brazilians tho.

@Uncharted3Ownage they would its just a mater of what the mma promotions and what money wants. Nobody has taken the actions forward to do it they can be legalized if they pushed for it. Each state athletic commission has different rules however most ufc events are in Cali and in Nevada which have the two most top tier Commissions and other states often look to them. With that said it just depends.
