how do you know all chinese want to have a second child????? for my parents,,they think that one child is enough....for me and my girlfriend we think we will never have a child in the future.....who want more child???people live in coutry without education do.....so if we can improve their education level....then ,,,without one child policy we will also get a low growth rate.....like any other developed countries....

I think that china's one child policy and state family planning must end otherwise china would have to be removed from the most favored nation status.
