  • I saw a couple of them recently when I was in Florida.I also noticed that in the suburban areas, that there are a lot of quiet zones.

  • Cool! However, the FEC does not have any quiet zones. You may be confused with the CSX line. CSX has a corridor in south Florida which parallels the FEC from West Palm Beach to Miami. The FEC runs about 1/2 mile east of the CSX Miami Subdivision. The Miami Sub is where you will run into numerous quiet zones.

  • Hmmm I see they like using those engines, they must have alot of them fec sd70m-2s, great vid, love that k5lla and crew, good tune and powerful horn. How fast, dang they were moving!

  • @JgordonAmtrak1 Oh yea they love these SD70M-2's! They are very common on the FEC! The K5LLA is awesome on these guys too! Im not sure how fast they were moving here, but they were movin good! I know that in some other areas the track limit can reach 60mph!! Thanks bro!!
