  • Thought these guys were amazing last week in Newcastle, looked very fetching in your boiler suits boys. ;)

  • I finally thought of what this video reminds me of. Talk Talk...It's My Life. The original wildlife video.

  • good artwork.........!

  • These guys t'were EPIC at Snow Patrol on the 1st of Feb! The new stuff was brill! <3

  • Lianne La Havas breathes life into this song!

  • You guys were amazing tonight at the MEN. Keep up the good work. ;)

  • The beginning sounds a lot like "Separator" by radiohead

  • My love for Everything Everything brought me here.<3 No one else did.

  • This is my favourite song I reckon!! AWESOME!!!!!! They need to be HUGE and QUICK!! I wanna hear them everywhere!!!

  • Absolutely stunning

  • This is clearly the best thing EVER!! CLEARLY!!

  • seeing you guys on february 4th with snow patrol :D

  • @Looby456 Lucky, I'm seeing then on the 5th, so excited :D

  • @randomwooo91 ah so your lucky too then :P

  • Falsetto is decent... check out Gills and Wings for some serious falsetto if you want to know what is up.

  • i found love!! (this song) :D

  • just a f**king great song.

  • I wouldn't know about this amazing song if it wasn't for Lianne La Havas' amazing version.

  • @mosessumney Original is best, i guess your american, come UK for some proper music :-}

  • @mosessumney i'm... not so sure i liked hers that much.

  • I LOVE THIS SONG CANT STOP LISTENING TO IT :) !!!!!

  • Mighty fine falsetto.

  • Amazing.

  • Lianne La Havas version of this song, i think she does it better but i still really like original version

  • this music combined with the video is so beautiful. i love them.

  • I have to listen to this almost every day at this point.

  • @tyknos93 nice to know its not just me. spectacular song.

  • @egon303 It's so funny you should compare them to Radiohead. I am equally obsessed with both them and Ev Ev at the moment. Throughout the stages of my life, the quick succession musical euphoria I am presently experiencing has never been equalled. I've obviously always liked OK Computer and The Bends but HTTT and Kid A etc are only now becoming apparently incredible to me. Until now, I've been blinkered. My ears and brain have opened to this new ecstasy.

  • Why is everyone comparing Everything Everything to Radio head.? Everything everything are unique in every way.! :D

  • Every song this band manufactures is stunning. Have been craving a new album. I'm not surprised by the comparison to Radiohead, with the Falcetto vocals and all. But I think the main comparison can be found in the intellect of the lyrics. I cannot listen to Man Alive (anyone who hasn't checked out the bonus track "Hiawatha Doomed", DO!) without taking some sort of indie spiritual journey. I am flabbergasted this doesn't have more hits.

  • This is really good but it screams Radiohead. Only heard their photoshop song though, and it was great. Guess I'll have to listen to more.

  • I saw them at Latitude they were amazing. Lovelovelove EverythingEverything <3

  • 7 rejects disliked this song, best song on a great album

  • singer looks like andy bell (erasure)

  • sounds like coldplay in a new world

  • when are they on later with jools?

  • Insomnia ftw!

  • does anyone know the tab's for the guitar parts? :)

  • Don't get me wrong, I love this song, but the guitar part reminds me of Kings of Leon and "So lean me up and take a picture, I can't move my legs and arms" of Massive Attack's "Teardrop". There's also one part I can't place at all. It's totally bugging me.

  • Unreal at Glastonbury, John Peel was smiling down on these boys that day, with the rest of us!

Definitely an air of Bowie in the lyrics and Byrne in the daring delivery.

    Fantastic.

  • What i love most about this song is that despite its sort of dramatic/sad lyrics, it only gives me a bigger will to live! love it

  • Good stuff.... And NO AD!

  • this was amazing live aswbdhwjefewqerretfydhnjk

  • this song is so atmospheric it makes me get goose pimples

what intelligent lads i love em

  • why cant i find people like this to make music with :o

  • @missmixxer same here...

  • they were so good live at leeds fest... pretty mesmerizing

  • sore you at reading such a good show :D <3 <3

  • I always have to stop what I'm doing to listen to this,so lovely.

  • i seen then LIVE on coke festival in cracov ... that is SOME BAND

  • Has an ethereal quality to it. Beautiful.

  • cant stop listening! amazing track :)

  • im favin all your tracks

  • OMG... Best track I've ever heard!! EVER!!

  • Middle 8 is so Radiohead :L

If you're going to be inspired though, aim for the top...

  • Doing a great job lads, big up for Northern music

  • I love the flow of "foolish" drum rythm with that melody.

  • The coolest, most effortlessly creative band since XTC. In fact, I hear a lot of XTC in these guys; this song's chorus sounds just like the "Mummer" album. Definitely also some Radiohaed in there, and somebody mentioned Yes -- agree! Especially in this song. The bass player stands out for me; at times sounds like Chris Squire, other times like XTC's Colin Moulding. While I hear all these influences and more, they've all been fused to create a unique sound. Love every track I've heard!

  • enchanting.

  • I think half of these view might be from me.

  • ვგიჯდები ამათზე :)))

  • This song is gonna happen and happen until my whole gave up the ghost.

  • Look folks - the fact is, this song sounds a lot like Radiohead. It doesn't sound like a total Radiohead clone, but it's highly reminiscent of their sound, and that's pretty much indisputable. Still, thumbs-up.

  • I TOUCHED JEREMY!

  • There is a lot of Radiohead but I hear prog - I very specifically hear Yes's early albums. This band are great tho - hugely diverse in every song. Complex and beautiful, lyrics are amazing, music is so well structured. 2nd Album is gonna be amazing.

  • I wish the cesspit would open like a bible

I wish the rotten would blossom with the tidal

  • Saw these guys in Brighton. Must see, if you get a chance go!...

  • i'd love to get stoned to this song in a rave just monging out

  • The only similarites between this and Radiohead are the high voice and the bizarre lyrics. Do people really have to keep comparing them? :l They're nothing like each other...

  • Got to be my fav band at the moment

  • This is brilliant, but does anyone remember Headswim?

  • This video is like a nightmare. I love it.

  • the Lianne La Havas cover is this is also amazin

  • I love this track, as much for the video as for the amazing lyrics and the creativity of it.

  • "I wrote this about a friend of mine, he couldn't really move for much of his short life.

But he always had a smile for everybody.

This is for him. His names Greg and this is called Final Form." - Jonathan Higgs Live @ Union chapel.

This song always makes me cry. Its so beautiful.

  • This song is so beautiful and Lianne Havas does a great justice to this song. Why havent I heard of this group before.

  • The whole song is good, not just a hook like so much dog these days. They remind me of Radiohead :)

  • who made that absolutely amazing video?

  • One of the greatest bands ever, this particular song calms my nerves as well. Can't wait to hear more from everything everything.

  • tHEY ARE ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!! THE GREATEST BAND IN THE 2010!!!

  • what is it with this band and making wicked tracks and totally crazy but amazing videos?!!!!!

  • Nice smooth guitar and good samplin, nice n bouncy, great!

  • this song does things to me AWSUM!

  • Wow, this one really reminds me of something off OK Computer/ Kid A by Radiohead. It's brilliant! :)

  • @crazychris93 its brilliant but come on, u dont have to always think of radiohead based things

  • @CaponeFavilla1 There is a huge resemblance in this song though, not saying the band, they're completely different

  • I aint seen genius like this since radiohead. My faith in music is restored.

  • @egon303 Too fucking right! :D

  • ♫ I wish the cesspit would open like a biiiible. I wish the rotten would blossom with the tidaaaaal.♫

obsessed with this. Can't . stop. listening.

  • How would you even start writing something like this? It's completely beautiful, every part of it.

  • @ThreeeTimesAWeek I would of typed something, but you got it down. I totally concur.

  • @butterfliesinreverse It's unreal how gorgeous music can get, and these guys are the masters at doing that. Same with 'NASA Is On Your Side'. <3

  • @ThreeeTimesAWeek I know! Ive never read lyrics like they write, Its pure talent.Tin (The Manhole) is really great too. <3

  • @butterfliesinreverse Indeed. I'm so envious of their talents. These guys need to be heard.

  • gives me shivers...... wicked

  • Talent and originality and great songwriting....hard to find in music today....these guys are f*@ckin great!

  • anyone know the words off by heart yet? I play this in the car a lot and would like to sing along but so far I'm struggling

  • @muirwebb I do, it was the first track I learnt when I first got the album last year.

  • @muirwebb I do, except the quiet parts after Your home, Your head, Take form, which I sometimes make up depending on how events in my life are making me feel.

I absolutely love singing this in the car and sometimes just repeat it for like half an hour straight.

  • 'mazing song

  • Brilliant

  • Argh!!! That fucking bassist! The way he drops notes on the chorus. Total genius. Everything Everything are so good they make me sick.

  • 2:46 finger in mouth xD

  • Whenever I hear this, I wish it turned into Happy House, by Siouxsie And The Banshees. The opening is the same.

  • @bubblevision this song's opening sounds nothing like happy house. Stop complaining...

  • Imminent mainstream

  • Every time I listen to this it reminds of Star Fox: Adventures from when I used to play them both endlessly simultaneously :P

  • it's shit

  • @martinstatic your shit

  • projecting their faces onto their actual faces - that's flippin brilliant!

  • im totally in love with this song.

  • These guys are true artists. I just came across this and restarted the song a bunch of times.

  • I've never loved an album so much, so quickly as Man Alive. The attention to detail and the craftsmanship blows me away, not to mention that they are just damn infectious songs.

  • this is amazing, i love this song so much! and his voice <3 xx like silk! truly jizzable ;)

  • Sounds like what Radiohead should have done recently.

  • @MrGreyDreams Lol

  • @MrGreyDreams Separator.

  • i love how his teeth cross each other, idk i find it very attractive

  • this is REALLY good!

  • ehauheauhuea, love this song....And the name of the band "Everything Everything", is reinforced by the fact that EVERYTHING living is made up of cells ;D

  • @0:15 that sounds like another song ive heard.. any ideas ? :S

  • "I'm gonna wrestle and wrangle until my legs become unreal" - Best lyric.

  • I like this song a lot. Very reminiscent of Radiohead's sound circa OK Computer.

  • I want to see them play someday .!!!

  • The best band that ever happened to music

  • Love this band, love this song!! Just pure awesomeness :D

  • Saw these guys live last year and they dont disappoint, big inspiration to our sound...

  • Heard this on BBC Radio One this morning. I fell in love with it after about thirty seconds.

  • Lave them!!

  • Deep, Deep! wow! I woke up to this track in my head at 4.40 am a few days ago

  • This song is impossibly good..

  • just a stab in the dark here... influenced by Radio head by any chance?... who isn't

  • Really pleased that this was released as the 4th single :) although if I'm honest I think this video's really dull, especially compared to how inventive and interesting the others have been.

Regardless, this is still my favourite song on the album, and that's saying something.

  • this MUST be the best video in youtube history, as it is the only one i have even seen with no dislikes :)

    AWESOME-NESS!!!!!!!!!

  • One of my fave songs on the albums!! I love this song sooo much :D

  • It's also one of my faves from the magnificent album, which I'm pretty much obsessed with. Nothing has come close to Man Alive, even Radiohead's newie...

  • I find it very interesting that the stats for this vid show that this song is most popular with those in the Male Age 45-54 demographic. You also see considerable numbers of older people at the front at their gigs.

Just thought I'd comment on that

  • I love this song. Painfully beautiful.

  • cool video, an amazing song!!!

  • LOVE THIS SONG, FAVOURITE!! XXX

  • Favourite song off the album... great to drive fast too!

  • Yeah this is probably my fave from the album, so hard to choose though . Love the video too!

  • This is probably one of my favorite songs from the album. I can relate to the song quite abit; in a sense, it's wanting to become something better than what you are and to find purpose to go with it.

  • Absolutely amazing video! Love Man Alive very much, especially this song! It captured exactly what I had imagined it to look like.
