Job corps no matter were you go I will be what ever you make of it. But try and get every thing you can out of it cause its Free lol... Chef EGON if he is still there was one of the best and funny instructor. Chef Herbert Hover the FSD dont know if he is comeing or going but still and ok guy. Chef Kin Joe is very shy but dont get him mad.

Well, my name says it all on who I am. I went to MSJCC and I got sent to TIJCC for advanced training. IGraduated back in 2007 and I LOved it there had a great time. I met lots of people who became my friends and yes Chef Karina was one hot piece Of ass. And yes Chef Egon Grudmann is the best baker in the entire world. I dont have a great job I Actually work for waffle house and i get paid min wage. But i love to cook and i will always be Greatfull to the Chefs who Helped me.
Man I went here...Im now working as a Sous Chef in a Country club right outta this hell hole...The dorms suck the campus life sucks...but the experience is amazing
I wonder if the new school is different or better than the old school. Going to Advanced training was a big shock for a lot of cooks. Many did not possess the work ethic or artistic ability that is required for upscale San Francisco establishments. Because many Basic training centers only train Food Service Workers far too many Corpsmembers arrived with almost no actual cooking experience. Much Love to Treasure Lake JCC Cooks.
