only the Phase II R32s and all the R38s are retiring. the C will soon use the R42s, but the E will continue to use the Phase I R32s for years to come

pretty much the same as it is now, only the C will use R42s because the R38s will retire, the R40s will also retire, so the B will be mostly R68/68As with some R40Ms, and the J and N will be entirely R160s.
