If he's in school he may be able to work through school for insurance. Also, he may be able to ask the bloodwork place to send him a bill (that you can pay over time prior to going into any sort of collections status). As for the doctor- the same thing. You can ask if they are able to send a bill after the appointment. The appointment itself, however,shouldn't be too expensive- relatively speaking anyway. Just a thought. Good luck!

One thing you can check out is the Department of Social and Health Services, not sure if its only in WA State (where I live) or if its world wide. A friend of mine went there and got money from them, not sure how much. Its a low income place, it might only be for WA. Also, he can get T from Stroheckers Pharmacy thats located in Portland. They ship to you, its $55 or so for a 3 month supply. Hope this helps, I really wish I can help out but Im way across the U.S =(

I noticed Aiden is on the MensRoom site. There's a bunch of ppl on there with a TON of resources that are super good about getting back to you. what if aiden tried doing a 'discussion' or blogpost on there asking if anyone knows of any clinics etc in your area? seriously, if he relays how desperate he is, i'm POSITIVE someone will get back to you with some ideas...
Have you guys figured anything out regarding the insurance and how to pay for that stuff?

Ask about private pay rates at your Doctor. It is alot cheaper then you might think.
