I just picked up he Remington 700 in 7mm magnum in camo with black barrel a couple months back (nice rifle). What I would like feedback on is what is the best rounds for distance and impact without major drop if there is such a thing.

Try reloading , Hornady 162g A-max .625BC , Berger 180 VLD .658BC , Great Long range shooting bullets. Im in the middle of testing both.

I'm not 100% sure but it's either 160 or 170 grain.

What a rifle! I have the Rem 700 in a .270 and seeing this makes me want the 7mm mag.
