  • quelle voix....merci Jerry ...pour tous ces moments de bonheur.....

  • WOW !!! Written by Marty Robbins, given to Frankie Laine, made a little more famous by Elvis. This version by Jerry is 5*****'s. Perfect in every way - voice and music ! It does rival Frankie's version. Both are absolutely GREAT. Too bad the only version by Frankie that's on You Tube is not the original recording.

  • i have some tracks of Elvis doing this,,,,make ya goose bump

  • rip marty

  • drop the gun...take the canole

  • Typical Jerry Vale performance!! Absolutely amazing!! A Class Act!!

  • Ah the music of yesterday that can never compare to the junk today.

  • Wait, Elvis Presley wrote this song?

  • @silver5532

    Marty Robbins wrote the song.

  • Jerry is among our greatest singers. He never received the adulation of a Sinatra but just listen to him sing. Case closed.

  • beautiful

  • Great song

  • This is the first time I have heard this redindition from Jerry Vale. I am not a great fan of Mr Vale. But have to say this is a strong and fantastic redination. As I am typing I am listening. Damn, this man has nailed the truth in this song. Maybe the best version of them all.

  • Talented crooner! his voice is amazing.

  • Elvis.Marty and Frankie Laine all did a good job but Jerry Vale is the master of this great song.

  • which version is nicer is simply a matter of opinion !

  • Jerry is great, but no one beats the Elvis version.

  • good verson but marty robbins wrote this song and sang the definative one with so much feeling.he also wrote and sang my women my women my wife,

  • Great song from the great voice of Jerry Vale.....

  • Frankie Lane can only dream of singing this song like Jerry Vale ..jeezee wow how could anybody not hear that ..Greetings from Canada.

  • Yes Jerry sang very beautifully, but so did Frankie in his own unique way. Listen to Frankie's 1969 version on Youtube. Which one sounds more like a man whose mother died giving him life, who spent time in prison, and whose wife is leaving him and taking his son with her.?

  • nice song from a great singer love Jerry Vale

  • I've always liked Jerry Vale, but on this song I think Frankie Laine's rendition is the definitive one.

  • great song....happens in true life....but at the same time gives encouragement

  • there is no words i can describe of this great singer ,but just absolutely awesome!!!!!!
