If you want to get Kick Hopper you have to complete 2 player Story Mode using only one player as TheBee - Yaguruma Sou

For Hyper Gatack you have to beat the Rider Story Line on normal without losing, and for Hyper Kabuto do the same exept on Kabuto Story Line.
