  • Good stuff! I tried the exercise (I actually have an old, left foot, ankle injury) and I can see where I'm a bit awkward. Anyway, looks like I'll have to keep at it.

  • @MrJimbox2010 thanks for the comment... I didnt show the walk because everyone has different biomechanics. do the exercise and see how it changes you... If I walk people will try to walk that way and then they are trying to change themselves consciously... which will create tension.

  • If I try to walk just as how you showed me, it wouldn't look natural. I walk just like I always have, regardless.

  • @Agent1W You said the word TRY ... everything I say is about not trying... that is why I use different movements to reeducate the body. then it does it NATURALLY...

  • @CodeOfTheNatural You did mention getting a proper stride. I notice that sometimes that I have to slow down in crowded places because people walk too slow. I have to shorten my stride so I don't run into anybody. : /

  • Dude show us how the proper way is to walk after the exercise. Wtf...

  • @Macca1969 everyone is different in the way they move... doing the exercises brings out YOUR best movement... there isn´t a proper way... its just about relaxation, 3d movement, flow, and relaxed posture.

  • Hi Rob, I bought your Code of the Natural & am really excited about implementing the exercises especially the flexibility exercises. I have read that before stretching the muscles should be warm. What's your opinion on this? Also is it safe to do the flexibility stretches every single day? Thanks.

  • i enjoy your vids, but i have one question, the problem with me is that i am extremely self conscious, and in turn, when i try to walk the way your supposed to, i end up walking quite the opposite from thinking to much about the way i walk. how do i get that confident sub conscious walk.
