Good stuff! I tried the exercise (I actually have an old, left foot, ankle injury) and I can see where I'm a bit awkward. Anyway, looks like I'll have to keep at it.
@MrJimbox2010 thanks for the comment... I didnt show the walk because everyone has different biomechanics. do the exercise and see how it changes you... If I walk people will try to walk that way and then they are trying to change themselves consciously... which will create tension.

Hi Rob, I bought your Code of the Natural & am really excited about implementing the exercises especially the flexibility exercises. I have read that before stretching the muscles should be warm. What's your opinion on this? Also is it safe to do the flexibility stretches every single day? Thanks.
