you should never take away the instrument from your mouth during a song.
You should always keep it in your mouth until the end regardless if you have breaks or not. When you first put it in your mouth you should get a good position because the sound the instrument makes matters of the mouthpiece in your mouth.

For I song like this I personaly would make the notes more connected. And you probably would sound alittle better if yo sat up in the chair instead of leanig back.

little piece of advice its not a clarinet!!!! hold it out until the mouthpiece is going straight into your mouth like playing the other saxes
