  • that is terrible music. i see some lag there. i guess i wont be buying an macbook pro 13 if i cant run sc2 at good rates

  • I know it looks kind of laggy. But I think it's because you are recording while playing, am I right? Anyways wanted to know how big battles run.. are they laggy? I'm planning on buying that same macbook and a month.

  • @toughguypadilla I have the previous model (bought it 2.5 weeks before the release, dang it!), and I am now currently running on Windows 7 due to the performance decrease for Mac Client.

Anyways, on Windows 7 64-bit, nVidia 9400m 256MB shared RAM, 2GB RAM, I am running on "low settings", but 3D portrait, medium terrain, and medium texture.

I get 65+fps at start, and during big battles, I get 45+fps.

  • @seongapple Oh so you don't have the 2.4ghz 320m? anyways do you think the newer base model can run it with little to no lag? Big battles? on medium ofcourse..

  • @toughguypadilla I highly doubt that it will run 'smooth' during big battles, with medium settings. The Macbook Pro 15" 330m, which my friend has, runs with 50fps at start, and 30fps during big battle, with medium settings. My guess is that the MBP 13" will be around 20fps during big battle, which is lag.
