Thanks for posting this. It's always great to hear The Glitter Band. However, I should point out that this is a (very good) re-recorded version of this song. It isn't the original hit single.

Great song Christine and still being played by the Band! They're touring the UK this Christmas, with John Springate and Pete Phipps from the original band and Eddie Spence from the late 70's still playing... All the details of their tour are at on their website - theglitterband.co.uk

Hi Mark, its nice the band is still rockin today..they have a long history and their music is great! Even better they have some original and long time band members.Your seeing them on the 10th!! I would have loved to seen them in the glam years, and now!! We dont have this style of music here really.. love this song and Lets get together again! Its gotta party sound to it! The one song I knew of from the 70s was Rock and Roll by Gary Glitter and The Glitter Band and looked for it here on youtube.. and as the say the rest is history.
