the only problem is most people won't just stand there and let you kick them...a little shin conditioning and you'll be breaking bats, bricks, etc.. Aloha!
can you send me some tips on shin conditioning? that would be greatly appreciated. there are many methods for hands but nobody ever focuses on teach the same for shins......or can you use the same for shins?
hay nice break i plan on doing 4 brick break for my 2nd dan next october i plan on doing it at waist hight tho im 17 and have been doing martial arts for 12 years how long have you been doing it man?
Thanks, I've been involved with Martial Arts since I was about 13-14yrs. old. I grew up in a traditional style, Shotokan Karate, but since 2000, it's been Muay Thai. Good luck with the break, Aloha.
Nice of Chuck Norris to let you kick his breakfast around like that.
