Slovaks are right, when they say this is SLOVAK folk song. But its hungarian AND even polish folk song TOO (but original is slovak. Hungarian and polish versions are just based on it. But Im not suprised, its very nice song and they loved it, they wanted their own versions :). BUT anthem is based on SLOVAK version of song. So our anthem is NOT hungarian folk song. Takisto aj Dobrovoľnícka (text) je SLOVENSKÁ báseň (ktorá paradoxne vznikla vďaka Maďarom), ktorú zložil Janko Matuška (národnosť slovenská).
