She says : i talk about my personnal experiences in my songs, and i play it with a guitar, which is more like folk music than arabian music. My songs are in arabian langage with a european music. When you translate arabian into french you loose part of the signification, because in arabian, there are ten different words to point at one thing.
No Comment on her style and her voice ..WONDERFUL really i have known her only from week ...really i am sorry ?? how didnt i knew her before :(:( SHIT WOW really FAntastic songs
can anyone teel me the lyrics of the song "Moudja"? But I would need a transskription because I cannot read Arabic. Still it would make it possible to sing the song without knowing Arabic. I do have the English translation but need the words of the original.
jwbbr- I first heard and saw this marvelous singer and group on National Geo-Music even though I don't know the words its still romantic, powerful and full of passion and intensity
i first heard this song performed by Souad on Link TV. I thought it was one of the most beautiful songs i'd ever heard...i started looking for more of her music...really gets to the soul...though i do not speak or understand the language...music is universal language...thanks for posting...do u have any clip with the song playing all the way through...peace & blessings

Moudja is the sea wave.
"wave after wave's coming, and my lover didn't. i'm alone over the salt (of the wave). not a friend but my shadow. remember me if you please"
"alone under the sun, i feel jelouse about you, remember me please, if you please"
the rest is in english.
